Cloud account
Open Settings → Account to see your subscription status or choose Manage billing. Checkout and the billing portal show the current price, taxes, and renewal terms.
Each Cloud Worktable has a separate subscription. Billing stays with the payer; becoming a Worktable owner does not grant billing access. The billing portal includes the payer’s subscriptions across their Worktables. Open Your subscriptions from Your Worktables to manage billing even after leaving a team.
Cancel or recover
Section titled “Cancel or recover”Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your paid period. A failed renewal payment has a seven-day grace period for normal access; payment retries do not extend it.
When paid access or the grace period ends, the workspace becomes export-only for 30 days. During that window you can manage billing, sign out, or download a complete workspace export. Reactivate before the window ends to keep the workspace; otherwise it is deleted. A full refund also starts the 30-day export window. These rules are described in the Cloud terms.
Download an export while access is available. Content on linked local or self-hosted devices remains on those devices when the Cloud subscription ends.
Sign out
Section titled “Sign out”Choose Sign out in Settings → Account to end the Cloud session in this browser. It does not delete the workspace or revoke agents’ separate access. Your identity provider may still have an active session. Choose Sign in again to return.
Desktop has its own sign-out controls; see Desktop. To stop access to a linked local device, pause or unlink it as described in Remote access. Signing out alone does not unlink it.
Get help
Section titled “Get help”For billing or refund help, email support@worktable.dev from your account address. The Cloud terms explain refund eligibility.
For account deletion or a privacy request, follow the privacy policy. Exporting your workspace does not delete the hosted copy.
